2 Pieces 'Life' Legislation Passed by House of Representatives

Very good news!!!  The North Dakota House of Representatives passed two very important pieces of ‘life' legislation today.  HB 1445 passed by a vote of 61-31, and HCR 3015 passed with a 65-24 vote.

HB 1445, is the informed consent bill including the language ‘the abortion will terminate the life of a separate, unique, living human being'.

HCR 3015 is the resolution urging Congress not to pass the Freedom of Choice Act in its entirety or a component. 

This is good news, and now the passed bills will go to the senate.
