Importance of Worshipping Together

Tom “Importance of Worshipping Together”, today’s topic for ‘Celebrating Family Week, 2009.

This is Tom Freier asking you to join the North Dakota Family Alliance as we promote families spending time together.

Take time to worship with your kids. Nothing can draw your family together as much as spending time in worship.

As parents, we need to help kids really understand God’s word, provide opportunities to experience and live out the Good News, and use every teachable opportunity to talk of and share our personal faith.

Eternal truths are best learned in a loving home that worships together. In Deuteronomy we hear, “Teach your children, talking to them when you sit in your home, when you walk, when you lie down, and when you rise up”

The family that worships together, prays together--- will stay together. Spend time together as a family, at worship, on this—the Lord’s Day.
